Who we are
The Quiet Why is run by Corey and Lorraine. This policy covers thequietwhy.com and our email list. If you have a question about it, email us at Lorraine@thequietwhy.com.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address, when you sign up for the free conversation cards.
- Anything you send us, when you email us directly.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type. Our hosting provider records this automatically when you visit any website, mainly for security.
How we use it
- To send you the free cards and our weekly email.
- To reply when you write to us.
- To keep the website running and secure.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. We use a few trusted services to run the site and the email list, and they handle your information on our behalf:
- GetResponse stores our email list and sends our emails.
- IONOS hosts this website.
- YouTube plays our videos. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, but once you press play, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you’re off the list.
- To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email us and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
